December 2009 Newsletter |
Welcome to the December
Web Based Recruitment newsletter.
In this edition of the newsletter we will take a look at the Search
Engines and their popularity in the UK.
Top UK Search Engines By Volume
If you thought most people used Google as their search engine of
choice you are absolutely right!
According to the latest stats (released by
Hitwise) Google.co.uk accounts
for 76.33% of all searches. If you then add the searches made at the
Google.com web site (12.41%) then in total Google has a massive 88.74% of
the searches made in the UK!

Engines?
There is no doubt that the search engines will play an
increasingly important role in helping job seekers find relevant
