Welcome to the December Web Based Recruitment newsletter. In this edition of the newsletter we will take a look at the Search Engines and their popularity in the UK.

Top UK Search Engines By Volume

If you thought most people used Google as their search engine of choice you are absolutely right! 

According to the latest stats (released by Hitwise) Google.co.uk accounts for 76.33% of all searches. If you then add the searches made at the Google.com web site (12.41%) then in total Google has a massive 88.74% of the searches made in the UK!

As you can see from the graph below Google also dominates the number of visits in the UK as well!
