Jobcasts - Audio Interviews
Instead of relying on plain text recruitment adverts you
are now able to give job seekers more of an insight into your current
job vacancies and working in your Company through audio interviews with your Recruiters, HR Managers or Employees.
The
Jobcast Process
The first step in
the process is for us to
discuss with you which jobs you are looking to promote through your
jobcast and the questions you would like to cover during the interview.
For example, are you looking to promote a
single vacancy or a series of vacancies for different areas of your
company over the coming weeks and months?
Once we understand your recruiting needs here is how the rest of the process works:
- We will forward the questions to be
covered to you in advance of the interview date.
- We will telephone you on a
pre-arranged date and time to record the jobcast interview using the latest
digital technologies.
- Once the interview is finished we
will save it as an MP3 file and then edit the recording ready for
publication.
- Before publication we will send you
the final version of the interview for your approval.
- Once approved we will send you a
copy for use on your own web site for job seekers to listen to or
download to their computer or MP3 player e.g. an iPod.
- For extra visibility we will also distribute
the jobcast to some of the
largest podcast and video sites on the internet.
Jobcast
Distribution Channels
Your jobcast will be distributed to a number of well known podcast
and video sites, including both iTunes and YouTube.
